Ep. 187: Life Lessons Learned as a Director and Filmmaker With Luke Huxham

In this episode I sit down with my new friend Luke Huxham! He's a rad director and filmmaker with an incredible life story. We talk about a crazy decision to drop out of college and embark on a life in Japan, and how that led to his entire career unfolding from that decision. One of my favorite parts of this episode was the back half of our conversation starting with his relentless pursuit of his passion for film, then leading to the importance of getting super clear on what you want and letting that passion consume you. He's had some insane experiences in commercial directing all the way up to the process of making a film, which made this such a fun episode as Luke has a ton of real life practical advice to share on the subject. If you're into filmmaking, storytelling, and personal growth this one is for you. Hope you enjoy.
